Did I Ever Mention?

...That we're going on a cruise????

Yup, our good friends invited us along on their family vacation and we got a smokin deal. We used the money we were going to spend traveling to Euro Disney in Paris. (Our Euro Disney trip was to make it up to the girls for not being able to go back to the states. And for those of you who are wondering, yes...we are still saving a TON since airline tickets were so expensive this year.)

Doing this, though, instead of Paris (which we've been to 3 times already) will allow us to experience a whole bunch of other countries...Spain, Malta, Africa, France and Italy. We're very excited, even the girls. So much in fact that they're even willing to miss the first week of Middle School (something they've been very nervous about... so it MUST be good if they're willing to miss it).

If you're wondering what this cake is, the girls were so excited for the cruise that they made Brian a cake to say thank you. They made and decorated the whole thing themselves.

We'll be going on the Disney Cruise Line, which we've heard is the best of the best. The kids will have so much to do that they won't even be able to contain themselves. And it may surprise you, but I've never been on a cruise. Never really heard much about them except for all the talk about "buffets" and "partying." Guess I was talking to the wrong people. Being over here, everyone goes on cruises... cruises in style. So there's been a lot of talk about how amazing they are. Needless to say, I'm super excited too.
Below is our itinerary so you can see where we're going... we're going to arrive in Barcelona the day before so we can tour around and be able to see the sights in Spain.
