a Favorite Blog of Mine

So, it's not too often that I find a "talent" site that I love to check every day. Yes...sometimes I'll peruse it for a couple of days, but then find it doesn't quite do it for me and I soon take it off my "Favorites" links.

But this site has, every day, sparked my interest and held my attraction. The blog belongs to sister designers who are down-to-earth, super fun and even have a few kids between them (which makes me wonder how they do it all!). They make things easy and doable for even the layest of persons. They take things from around the house, or create things from new styles they've learned. I am truly inspired by their creativity and talent. I love reading their blog and seeing what new things they've come up with. Please check it out and let me know what you think of the journey they've taken you on...

As a bonus...one of the sisters has her own personal blog displaying the beautiful artwork she paints and creates in her personal art studio. From huge paintings she's done for grand, amazing homes... to the smallest details of a doorknob she's redone in a house a family is redesigning. It truly is inspiring and sometimes overwhelmingly remarkable at how beautiful the things they design are. I could say more about my feelings on this blog, but I'll reserve them for a different time and let you form your own thoughts about them...have fun!

I love the idea on top. What a great idea to use old wood to make such cute decorations. I would be torn at this time of year though...do I make a decoration or make a fire and stay warm...
