DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT...

The Young Women's President approached me after church today to let me know that she would be sending me some emails about Young Women's activities the girls would be invited to...SINCE THEY ARE THE NEXT GIRLS ENTERING YOUNG WOMEN'S.....

Help me deal with this...

(Actually, it's kind of exciting, but it's still weirding me out...)

How time flies! They will LOVE young women. How big is your ward? Where are most the people from?

Embrace it. Man if I were their future YW leader I would be itching to get them too! I am so excited for them and you.

Did you know your girls have the same birthday as another 11 year-old girl in the ward?

The Third Twin! Haha! But it's a very good book by Ken Follett. If you don't know it yet.

I turned 12 and started the Young Women program when I was in a small branch in Germany too. I think it helped with my confidence and set me up for the rest of my life because I was able to experience leadership opportunities right away. I learned a lot in those years. You had do many different things to support the branch, even as a 12-year-old.

I'm excited for your girls to become Young Women. They will LOVE the program and I know they will thrive in it. But I can only imagine how weird it is to have children old enough for this program, when you yourself are still so young! :o)
